At the best of times, way before Covid, when I was flying 200,000 miles a year with them, all in Paid Business and they without a doubt obliterated my bag and all of its contents, and they had a staff and immediately knew and admitted that they were at fault..................it still took over a year if not two to deal with such things. So now what half the staff? Most outsourced, no one at the outstations..................it is really a game of attrition.
