I did my fingerprints about two weeks ago and my status is still showing as "received....and being processed for delivery to TSA" rather than assessment in progress. I'm worried. Is this normal? Should I spend time trying to call someone? Now I'm starting to regret doing my appointment at a very convenient UE center rather than going to the airport and going through security (presumably with an award ticket I would then cancel) etc.
