A nice touch from BA re: bad delay
My LHR-YYZ BA 93 yesterday ended up being four hours late due to a crew issue, then a technical fault, and then staffing issue that delayed making the repair. Not too long after arrival in YYZ I received an e-mail from BA apologising for the delay. I thought this was a nice touch.
A great flight in itself in CW on a 777 with the new pods. Being able to enjoy a very quiet T5B lounge beforehand was lovely.
