If you put BA on the spot, the official answer would likely be that there is no visiting between cabins.

However, moving "backward" from CW to WT+ or WT is not going to be questioned.

A short visit from WT to CW would likely not be a huge problem, except that you are on the upper deck. For security reasons, they really don't want anyone up there expect the passengers seated there.
