Some airlines (LH group for example) allow for post-factum claim if submitted online with pictures. I think it is reasonable to assume that same would apply for TK, as in some cases the damage can be hardly visible during the bag pickup at the airport. Probably to open online feedback and send along the pictures would be the best solution
