It is nearly 6pm in Montreal. There is no one to talk to until Monday, even if I knew the number.
I am at a SSWU threshold level and would appreciate getting in line for those certs.
It takes about 8 weeks from crossing the threshold in my experience. They will probably run the monthly update this weekend and miss all of this.
But, you will probably get a nice Tangerine coloured booklet before Xmas and before you get your certs.
Electronic upgrades will only make this process worse as they can't even get the electronic part down pat yet for crediting mileage.
