I am also missing points.I am still trying to get AC to credit me a segment using a SSWU from YYZ/YYC in October(remember my visit to Okanagan?)They posted 5 of 6 segments,yet this one seems beyond them.
How do I call a live person to deal with this?I have already E-mailed and snail mailed.

I am at a SSWU threshold level and would appreciate getting in line for those certs.
