Pre pandemic UK upgrade offers were mostly around £380. But lately ive seen average £450.

NCL-DXB on Sunday seems about 60% full in Y and C according to expertflyer. So i wouldnt hold my breath for any upgrade offers. But if they do send one, jump on it, as i cant see them being cheaper at the airport.
