The two kits I ordered from Optum in August clearly had stickers saying the expiration had been extended three months. They had an original expiration date of October 2021. They turned out to be faulty so I got sent one replacement (they also refunded my money so no complaints). This replacement test has an expiration date of September 2021, has no mention of an extension and the lot number doesn't show up on the published list of extended batches. Is it extended? I have no idea and I am not going to rely on it for anything officially but I'll happily use it for a self-test.
