Hawaii Wristbands

Does anyone have any first hand experience for the Hawaii wristbands you can get on the mainland to fastrack through the checks upon arrival?

I got this e-mail and I'm not sure where I can get one on an upcoming LGA -> DFW -> HNL flight:

Travelers to Hawaii who are fully vaccinated or who test negative for COVID-19 are exempt from the state's mandatory quarantine. You also may be able to skip arrival screening in Hawaii.
To be exempt from mandatory quarantine:
  • The state of Hawaii only accepts nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT).
  • Testing must be performed by a trusted medical provider.
  • Submit your vaccination record or negative COVID-19 test to the state authority on their website (not through American Airlines).
To skip arrival screening:
  1. Create a Safe Travels account and upload your vaccine card or a negative COVID-19 test.
  2. Complete and submit the Travel Health Questionnaire, and receive a QR code to show at the airport. (You can get the QR code on your phone or in your email.)
  3. Before departure, an American team member will scan the QR code to review your profile. If you’re cleared, you’ll receive a wristband to skip airport screening on arrival.
This service is only available for select airports. Visit our COVID-19 testing page or call 800-582-1573 for more information. Departing from: Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW)
