I've had the Chase United Explorer credit card for a few years. When I flew UA recently, I discovered that my "2 United Club One-time passes" were not loaded on my United app. Nor, on my desktop. After a long call to UA, with a few different agents, I was told that Chase never sent them (electronically) to United. And, I had to call Chase. Today I just made my second call to Chase (since the passes still didn't appear in my United account) and was told by the Chase agent this takes a while to get resolved. My case will get sent to "Chase Marketing" and THEY will send me a letter through the USPO in 7 to 10 days regarding resolution. I asked if someone could call me. NOPE. They don't call. E-mail? NOPE. They don't e-mail. Can I call Chase Marketing. NOPE. No number. Anyone else have this odd glitch? My card is valid. Same number. Same Mileage pilus number - and Chase had the correct numbers. Suggestions? Know anyone who works at Chase-United marketing? Thanks.
Were they loaded in the app/account in the past? Do you have any issues with miles being credited? Definitely a very odd glitch, you sure you haven't sent it to someone else or used them somewhere already?
