In case you're still waiting - I called World of Hyatt yesterday and got this escalated via the manager line. The hotel responded with my folio via email yesterday evening and the points/stay credit were posted to my account shortly thereafter by Hyatt.
I called today, agent had no issue resolving and adding the points and nights. No idea what the issue is regarding auto posting.
