As posted above, Chase marketing materials document the benefits very clearly.
As we know, credit card benefits are essentially as unregulated as airline loyalty programs, and Chase & Southwest can change the terms at any time. But while advance notice isn't required, notice is. At this point the benefit(s) are gone, but the advertising remains, and no notice has been given. (Which is why I assume More Rewards will return at some point, in some form perhaps different than it's current one.)
Time will tell.
