As someone who has only had a clubcard for 2 months, but thinks they're on a good thing, and worried about stories like Biscuit Boy's - you sure we need more threads & the attention it attracts? Isn't part of the charm of the whole thing too ,the fact that it is indeed difficult to figure out things, and sometimes you screw up and lose points?
