Very little in the way of elite perks at the Ritz Carlton (or any RC). They will upgrade you one room type, if available. No free breakfast. They are usually pretty fair with a paid upgrade if you email them in advance. We were able to upgrade from oceanfront room (booked with points) to oceanfront suite for $150USD per night last January.
