I applied for the no-fee-for-first-year and was approved. However, the fee was still charged. Yesterday when I disputed the fee, CSR said that the fee was always first charged and a credit would be given 12 months later.

Has anyone encountered this response before?

I'm not sure whether I should just cancel the card right now. (The miles have posted.) Is it possible that they remove the miles?
