From my recent experience of Asia Hyatt hotels:
-GH Erawan Bangkok (coffee/juice/pastry) - using selection sheet
-GH Taipei (coffee/juice/pastry) - using selection sheet
-GH Bali (coffee/juice/pastry/hot omelete/sasuage) - It is a pretty nice breakfast that was served in my room - did not even need to call or use a selection sheet ^
-Hyatt Bali - None
-Hyatt Regency Huahin - (coffee) must call room services to get this
-Tokyo Century Hyatt - None
-GH Tokyo - (coffee/pastry) use selection sheet
Usually the hot drink selections includes coffee/decaf coffee/various tea and sometimes milk.
I did notice that the selection sheet indicated this services if for Golden Passport members and did not specifically mention about diamond status.
