Haven't really searched points availability on it recently though. On arrival the other day, our butler noted they had a canceled booking and it was available for additional nights. Asking price: $20K.
Personally, I'd pay $10K for a single night at the Muraka (years from now I intend to) but I wouldn't pay 10K for a night at JA Estate. Then again, I'm also middle class. So if you're remotely considering $40K, you're very likely in a different league than I, and that may factor in your decision.

I'm suspecting Hyatt Presidential Villa will not be done in time for us. Haven't heard anything from them about it.
If it happens to be ready, my fingers are crossed that pricing is in line with other rooms there. I.E: $850 for a standard room while the 2 bedroom is $2250 so maybe $4000 for a three bedroom???
I am at PHM now and hearing January as a possible opening date for that villa. It is still being worked on daily but overall looks close to complete.
