Are you saying you were trying to get 1M LQM, and that your LQM at the time of account deletion was 200K?

Well,1M LQM as a very long term investment, but yes, that was always the perk at the end of the road. Yes, my LQM around the time of deletion would have been around 200k.

What was your status when your account was deleted? When you say deleted, did you mean just the points were removed and your account went to zero... or that your account was outright deleted and no longer exists at all?

When my account was deleted I had no active status. Over the program lifetime I've had Elite and Prestige at various times.

When I say deleted, my account no longer exists at all, I cannot login with my old Aeroplan number, it says "Does not exist".

The more I talk to you, the more I am tempted to ask them why I cannot access my account.....
