Decided to activate the card. Took 3 days to receive in the post after filling out the form.

The main card is the redesigned contactless card -- plastic on both sides with metal in the middle. The box has not changed at all compared with what a friend of mine received a few years ago.

According to the person I spoke to from new accounts, they are not currently offering design choices and the UK is not (at least officially) a part of centurion living programme.

They also mentioned there will be a four-person team for concierge/travel requests rather than just a membership executive.
