Obtaining SMART Health Card

I am booked on the VTL flight JFK-SIN in January, but I live in Connecticut -- which is not part of SMART Health Card network. I'm thinking through options..
  1. Hope that Connecticut department of public health becomes part of SMART Health in the next two months
  2. Hope that Singapore will accept the CDC VAMS record/card (unlikely given ease of faking it)
  3. Take matters into my own hands and get vaccinated again from a provider that is enabled for SMART Health
For #3 I'm thinking I could go to my local friendly CVS Pharmacy and ask for a J&J shot. I currently have the two Moderna shots and getting a booster of J&J doesn't seem too unreasonable... and currently only one shot of that is required for the Singapore VTL. But it's possible that new guidelines could come out that says J&J needs to be two doses. If that occurs then I'm in trouble again. But if I do it now, and need a booster in two months, I'd still have time to do that before travel to Singapore.

Any other ideas/suggestions on how to approach this?

Thanks
DAK.
