Orbitmic: I did call them, was told that it could be any one of several reasons. But assured me that we (couple) will definitely be allotted seats at check in, in the same class of service, Hopefully in adjacent seats. I waited wondering if I should just take my chances to find good seats (free) at check in (24 hours before boarding). Then changed my mind!
