Thanks for the responses. I just got confused because of the 3 day thing. I wasn't sure how much of those rules applied to Golds. I think I remember that experience OMAguy that they were going to charge me for a change to a friend's ticket even though they were my miles and I'm gold. Luckily, I'm actually considering a mileage ticket for myself for once.

By the way, BLI-Flyer, I think you are referring to purchased travel and I meant Award travel. Thanks for responding though.
