Sorry for the hyperbole, but it's a nightmare ! Four of us going to CUN next month (booked the Thursday when it came off the red list), five available outbound seats in J, couldn't get through all afternoon and into evening, next morning it was down to one !! Took the one and paid cash for another. Be prepared for disappointment if it's on a popular / key route
