In prior years, it was done faster. This year may be slower because US Travel Assoc and Hilton aren't what they were during the 2019 Daily Getaways period and the weeks after those sales.

I have been involved in buying a lot of Choice points via the Daily Getaways over several years now -- millions of them quite literally. The last several rounds of these Daily Getaway offers for Choice points took more than just a few hours to get the points to show up in the Choice accounts. It took more like a few days or even up to around two weeks for some. Going back over the last 5 previous rounds of Daily Getaways offers, not even once have I seen the Daily Getaway Choice points post within a few hours.

If someone wants to buy Choice points on the relative cheap but needs them immediately, then the way to do that has generally been to: a) buy them from Choice via points.com (if there is a substantial price discount running); or b) use the points+cash>cancel method online with Choice award night reservations to buy lots of 2000 points at a rate of $15 (or now $18) per lot of 2000 points.
