Recently spent three nights at this hotel. First ever stay. One night on points, one free Hilton night via Aspire card plus a third night via Amex FHR rate. Needed 4pm checkout and haven’t had great luck with getting that as a Diamond benefit but at least it is guaranteed with FHR and wanted to burn the new platinum $200 FHR credit anyhow.

No upgrade given from what I could tell, standard city view suite on 20th floor. Rooms very nice sized, beds comfy. Bathroom ventilation isn’t great but water usually hot (water was only lukewarm for one of my showers but perhaps that was a one-off). Spacious and well equipped fitness center. Restaurant still closed and $50 Diamond breakfast benefit doesn’t go too far but as several have noted above, $10 room service fee currently being waived. Room service takes about 30-40 mins (phone rep would always say “up to an hour” but don’t think we ever waited that long). Room service only available for breakfast and dinner - lack of lunch service made it difficult to use up our $100 FHR final night credit (ended up taking a few $12 mixed nuts from the minibar). Staff friendly, housekeeping thorough (though if there was turndown service we missed it both nights). Hotel doesn’t really have any public space for lounging or reading.

Overall positive experience and great location for our activities. It was expensive (95,000 points per night, the single FHR night was $800 minus $200 Amex plat credit) so will probably return to our usual haunts but was fun to try.
