Somewhat unrelated, but on my IAH-SEA flight last week in FC, the guy next to me was not able to put his tray table down — it wouldn’t fit over his stomach. He had to eat his meal holding his tray with one hand. He seemed so embarrassed, I felt sorry for him.
For some reason that I can't figure, they designed the new F seat's tray table to be very "close". When it's all the way out, it is still not very far, and I have no idea who would ever pull it all the way in.
