As I understood from DL website:
1) award ticket (anything above Basic Eco) can be cancelled ANYTIME BEFORE flight WITHOUT penalty
2) award tickets mile would be redeposited WITHOUT any fees
3) taxes will be credited back to charge card

Am I right ( this is like good old days) ? or am I missing something (fine print) ?
