They may and do disappear, and may return periodically. In the past, I've seen some very good offers, and only have them disappear shortly after clicking them. However, some have returned a short time later, and some even triggered a follow-up email with a specific link to the offer. I've even had some trigger specific mail offers with a unique sign up codes.
