Thanks PHL. That has been my experience as well. It's too bad, but if that's what Marriott wants to do, it's their prerogative. I'd definitely stay at Marriott more if there were more Gov Leisure rates available, but perhaps most hotels simply aren't interested in them. (And I can't imagine that there are many gov employees currently traveling on official business...)
