32S Just means FR24 does not know what exact aircraft it will be - One thing for certain is that it won't be a NEO
If it is G-EUUF (doesn't show for me for some reason) then yes it is headrests all around. If I were you I wouldn't worry too much though!
Even if you do get unlucky with a ex-bmi (seems unlikely!) then they don't have physical headrests in any row really.
I wouldn't worry about it, get whatever seat you'd like and enjoy your flight tomorrow
