My VS24 LAX-LHR in December was also switched from an A350 to B787-9. What's interesting/concerning though is that they're not selling Upper Class or Premium on the flight, only economy. For what it's worth the Upper Class seat map only has 2 seats selected. Could this be a precursor to cancelling the flight? Or maybe they're blocking seats until they accommodate people from the SFO flight cancellations? The earlier VS8 flight looks pretty wide open too...
