I almost sure that the same A340 was used in some older commercials with the old livery. The plane flying is real (most airlines will take up a plane with no passengers and do turns that they normally would not do and get a chase plane to film it and take photos of it for marketing material) but it looks to me in this case that they did do some editing by putting the new livery on the plane.
