- I could stay at the AC Hotel Atlanta Airport Gateway and take the Skytrain to the airport in the morning. I'm driving in to Atlanta from the north, so I'd probably park on the north side of atlanta and take the MARTA to the hotel (is this possible)? In theory the Skytrain sounds efficient, but I've never used it so I don't know how it compares to a hotel shuttle or MARTA.
- I could stay at the Kimpton overland, drive to the TheFastPark in the morning and take their shuttle to the international terminal. Although I'm flying out of ATL on domestic (carryon only), I'll be returning on a delta international flight, so it might be nice to have my car immediately when I return to the international terminal.
Thanks for the advice.
Having stayed @ hotels both on the Skytrain & off (shuttle), I will take the Skytrain any day!! SOOOOOOOOO much easier & quicker than waiting for a shuttle.
Have stayed @ both the Ren & Marriott Gateway properties & both are fine, especially if only staying 1 night.
