After my double points didn't post after 30 days, I emailed details for myself and my OH to the info @
T8191 shared above in post 287 and next day received an email confirming the TPs had been updated. A quick account refresh and all is well.
Definitely worth doing that rather than calling.
EDIT: I see the wiki has been updated with that, which makes it far easier than looking for a specific post
