you can see a week’s worth of any jet’s day-by-day utilization on FR24; here’s N926VA

in looking at the rest of the fleet, several of them had days as eponymous_coward described (a TCON round-trip plus a West Coast leg), and there were a lot of overnights in places other than SEA; however, I also noticed a handful with oddball routes (e.g., LAX-SFO-ORD-SFO-LAX and SFO-LAX-PVR-LAX-SFO), as well as frequent occurrences of SFO-DCA-SFO and DCA-LAX-DCA
