I've been to the new Hilton and it's quite impressive. Diamond upgrade from base room was to either a room with a small terrace or a junior suite. Welcome amenity was a small strawberry tartlet. The lounge had some small above-average quality snacks in the evening along with cocktails made to order. The lounge staff actively convinced us to try more drinks. The breakfast was also way above average. This is not an average Hilton, but could easily pass for a Curio. Well recommended even though they had some opening woes (in-room safes not bolted to furniture, payment part of check-in system required writing down CC numbers).
