Stayed here for 2 nights last week as a Platinum member using 2x 35k FNAs and 2x SNAs which cleared for the Aria Junior Suite. Since there is no onsite parking, we took the train from Florence and walked a few minutes from the train station to the hotel. We loved the finishes in the room! From the dark herringbone floors, to the stoned bathrooms, to the marble faucets, everything was nicely chosen and high quality. Check in was pretty smooth and we received 2 welcome drinks and given a list of their recommended restaurants in the city to try. There's no lounge in the hotel, so we were served buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There's a small gym and a bar on the top floor. The roof top bar was closed, but guests can still go up and enjoy the 360 degree views. They also include a few 1 hour bike rental from a nearby shop which is a nice perk. We enjoyed riding on the city walls around Lucca.
