I've stayed at this property both prior to and since the rebranding of the name. The adults only guest rooms are what's available at the Marina Hotel across the street from the Ocean Suites. Only the Ocean Suites have the partial kitchen and a separate living and sleeping area. The pool at the adults only Marina Hotel is pretty, but quite small, whereas the Ocean Suites pool area is much larger. There is also a large grassy area and walking pathways at the Ocean Suites. The Marina Hotel is adjacent to a mall. Parking for the Ocean Suites is a closer walk. The gym is at the Marina Hotel, no onsite gym at Ocean Suites. The boat to Renaissance Island (part of the amenities for either property) has stops for both locations. I selected what you have listed as option #2 on our last stay in June and it cleared for upgrade right at 5 days before arrival. This is about halfway between the airport and Palm Beach, so a nice location on first or last day to make the most of beach time. Enjoy!
