Are you thinking about bits of fabric from the mask getting into your eye? air flow up to your eye causing drying/irritation? or something else?

As always I'd take this question to your, or the traveler's doctor, but in general I'd think that anything involving atmosphere pressure changes should be addressed with the physician also. This is me assuming you mean while flying since this is Flyertalk.
