Had to book this last minute... As in at 9 pm the night I was staying after the Hilton Garden Inn Rome Claridge informed me they can only do heat or cool for the entire building, not both and they had it set to heat when it was 70-80 our and the rooms were nearly 80 degrees at 9pm.

With that said, even on short notice, I got upgraded from the base king with Rome view to a Vista Suite for 5 nights at check-in as a diamond without asking.
