I opened biz plat with a 25k spend req, did some shady MS too much too fast, got a FR and narrowly avoided a shutdown. My credit limit on the card remained at zero for the duration of the welcome offer so I was blocked from meeting the sub. I have since repaired my relationship with amex, and wondering if I would be eligible for the bonus right now if I would apply again. Showing 150k sub on my login right now, does that mean anything about my eligibility or will they just deny me the bonus?

Also about the airline incidentals and global entry, would a CSR have any accurate information?
