IBZ-LCY flight arrived 24 mins early; bags retrieved ~30 mins after touchdown
Just landed at LCY from IBZ and still waiting for our bags 30 mins after touchdown - at LCY! Meanwhile the KLM flight from AMS which landed 10 mins after ours has already cleared everyone’s bags. I sometime think BA just likes to treat us mean. :-(
