I just looked for these on LATAM, late August - early September 2022, both PPT-IPC and SCL-IPC. Was not able to find them. Thinking it may have been a mistake they were out there briefly, not removed to the end of the system or something. Since caught and removed.

I'm choosing to be optimistic and hopeful that's actually a good thing. That perhaps they'll be reinstated much sooner.
