Not from Expedia directly as an OTA. It's what the AMEX Travel website uses under the hood when you are booking. And will earn 5x.

(BPTS) are a 3rd party agent AMEX used to use and still uses, but you must now call in. This has a $39 charge, and no different than dealing with a regular 'ol travel agent except you can earn 5x or redeem w/ the 35% rebate.

Hope that helps. AMEX doesn't make it easy on this matter.
