Depending on where you live, it may be better to just go to their office BEFORE you try to send them emails; it is much easier for them to fob off an email inquiry than someone in front of them.


Like many others, I too was initially very impressed with TK's inflight service as well as their IST lounge, but speaking to their counter staff combined with the poor English of their cockpit crew and general attitude of the Turkish staff, I was lucky that I did not accumulate my miles in TK's program! However, my attempts with all other *A carriers have been pretty dismal so far -these include SQ, LH, UA & AV. I guess I have not tried AI yet
To be frank, every time I hear about a new approach to dealing with Turkish I feel like Charlie Brown listening to Lucy: "C'mon Chuck! Kick the football!" All before she, once again, pulls the ball away at the last second.
