(Business) Platinum Travel Services is separate from Expedia. Both are "AMEX Travel". (B)PTS gets 5x, charges $39, and there are no hour long waits. Expedia also gets the 5x, has no charge with the hour long wait. In case of emergency, the $39 is worth it. There are different numbers to reach one from the other.
Since when did the Business Platinum earn 5x from Expedia?
I don't mind waiting as I can put the call on speakerphone.

Yeah, “like new” means a refurb to Apple. Tbh, Apple refurbs are basically new with a new casing, battery, screen, etc. Not sure if they replace the flash but it’s effectively new to me and more than good enough to give as a gift.
I find iPhones to be way too slippery without a case. The Apple silicone cases are fairly grippy. The insurance comes with the Business Platinum while I'll have to pay for AppleCare so big difference.
Well, I don't give my phones away. I just sell them to help pay for my new phones.
