So, to close this out... I just checked in to the return trip and it was doing the same thing. I called MVP reservations, she pulled the MP number out, re-entered it, and then everything said 75k on her end. I re-did web checking and yup everything is OK now.

She also suggested I go make sure the bonus miles are all correct for the outbound legs, in case that part of the Sperry UNIVAC was not aware that I was a 75k. I hadn't even thought to go check that.
