(Business) Platinum Travel Services is separate from Expedia. Both are "AMEX Travel". (B)PTS gets 5x, charges $39, and there are no hour long waits. Expedia also gets the 5x, has no charge with the hour long wait. In case of emergency, the $39 is worth it. There are different numbers to reach one from the other.
