I think AC decided to stop paying for offsite storage for the YVR Dom MLL furniture. Furniture seems to be back to pretty much normal, but many of the chairs have the Do Not Use signs/stickers on them.
It also means they're more ready to expand capacity, once staffing issues are resolved.
I think YYC is the only MLL I've had to wait outside of so far (and only once), and I hope it's the last time.
